Set in the heart of Maasai land, this remote camp moves between the spectacular Piyaya area, where the view seems to stretch forever and Ololosokwan with its rugged bush terrain, following the path of the migration.

The six en suite tents are set in an exclusive concession, have a family atmosphere, wonderful food and friendly staff - a great home from which to experience the great migration, frequently sighted cheetah and even the rare African Wild Dog.

Suyan Camp ensures tranquil serenity from where you can immerse yourself in African culture, experience amazing game both on foot and from an open game vehicle and take part in night drives. A stay here is about discovery, exploration and nature.

Maasai guides love children as much as your children will love them and the range of activities ensures that a lifelong love of the bush will be fostered in guests of all ages. Loliondo is a perfect place to see the spectacular Serengeti and avoid the crowds. Suyan is one of the most well appointed tented camps and at the right time of year is superb for game. However care must be taken when booking this camp in order to see the migration, it is exceptionally tricky to guarantee the herds but good walking, Maasai interactions and night drives are always superb. Overall we love this camp, but it is certainly more for a connoisseur than a first timer
