Each room also includes a private outdoor plunge pool, mini bar, standing bar for tea and coffee making facilities, safe deposit box, satellite T.V, telephone and cd player.

The Palms provides a range of beautifully appointed facilities reflecting the warmth and character of the local architecture. Overlooking the beach, private palm thatched "bandas" shelter private day beds and carved sun loungers to provide intimate beachfront privacy. With a luxurious, tiered swimming pool spa, evening bar, pool bar, dining room and internet bar with shared sports and diving facilities nearby the hotel offers all that a weary traveller needs to recuperate.

Freshly caught fish is a must for the menu which combines the fusion of the sights and smells of Zanzibar in the local dishes.

Definitely the most luxurious small lodge on Zanzibar. The lodge has the best rooms on the Island for those of us who want all the creature comforts and also has really great food and service Privacy and Intimacy are what this place is all about, and what it excels in; one of Zanzibar's best lodges. It’s only downside is the proximity to the sister hotel of Breezes which is literally next door and is a 70 room hotel
