* GENERAL INFORMATION

* RESERVATIONS

You may reserve your seat through your IATA travel agent or through the local office of the appropriate airline . Once your journey has commenced, please confirm your onward or return reservations. To do so please contact the reservations office of the airline on whose flight you are booked to depart at the point where you will be resuming your journey. Failure to reconfirm will result in the cancellation of you reservation.

* TICKETING TIME LIMIT

Reservations for unticketed passengers can only be held for a limited time and if the ticket is not purchased within the agreed time limit, the reservation will be cancelled.

* CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel unwanted reservations promptly and so assist us to offer the minimum number of seats to the travelling public. No refund on tickets will be guaranteed when reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of departure time, or if the passenger does not take a particular reservation.

* TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Before commencement of your international journey please ensure that your travel documents are in order. If your passport or visa(s) are not in order you may be refused entry into the country. If you do not comply with the health requirement of the country concerned, you may be placed under surveillance or detained in quarantine. Full particulars of the requirements for the different countries are obtainable from your IATA travel agent or through the local office of the appropriate airline.

* BAGGAGE

You are entitled to 20kg baggage. Any baggage in excess of the weight will only be excepted if space and weight are available, and will be charged at the rates load as no guarantee can be given. Children travelling at half rate are entitled to 20kg. Infants paying 10% of the published adult rate receive no baggage allowance.

* CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

Each passenger must be in possession of ticket issued by the company of its agents. Carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to the general conditions of the carriage as stated on the ticket.

* CHILDREN
The fare for children under the age of two years, not occupying separate seats, will be 10% of the published fare , provided only one such child accompanies such passenger paying the adult fare. Children will have to pay 50% of the published fare when:
(A) they have attained the age 2 years but are under the age of 12 years.
(B) under two years of age and occupying separate seats.
(C) under two years in excess of one occupying a passenger paying the adult fare.
Unaccompanied children are accepted subject to prior arrangements having been made.

* CHECK IN TIMES

You must check in one hour before scheduled departure time for international flights. Passengers arriving late for check in may not be accepted for travel.

* AIR CARGO

Air cargo is carried on all passenger flights. You may reserve space through your cargo agent or local office of the appropriate airline.

* AIRPORT TAX
All Passengers are usually required to pay a departure tax per adult. There is no charge for children under the age of three.
